Andrew Warnock Obituary

Andrew "Andy" Warnock passed away May 30, 2025, of natural causes. He was born to Eileen (Ewertsen) Warnock Lansdon and Douglas Warnock in Yuba City, CA on April 28, 1956.

Andy graduated Yuba City High School in 1974, and went on to Chico State University where he received his degree in electronics.

He was a valuable heavy equipment technician for Valley Truck and Tractor and then Pape' Machinery. He very much enjoyed his work and getting out and talking with his clients.

Andy enjoyed being active. He was an avid motorcross rider since high school and enjoyed being competitive. He made many friends with the same passion for the sport.

He also enjoyed Abalone diving and scuba diving. He relaxed working around the yard and playing with his favorite puppy, Kyndal. Andy will be sorely missed by friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Doug Warnock; his mother, Eileen Lansdon; and stepfather, Bob Lansdon.

He will be fondly remembered by his former spouse, Diane Warnock; stepdaughter, Denea Rexroad; grandchildren, Dalton (Miranda) Rexroad, Payton (Abby) Rexroad and Gracen Rexroad; siblings, Bill Warnock, Gail (Jeff) Doty, Cheryl (Jeff) Hensley and Eric (Hilary) Lansdon. He was fond of his many nieces and nephews. He held a special place in his heart for niece and nephew, Natalie Stewart and Jason Saul.

Family, friends and others whose lives Andy has touched are invited to celebrate his life at the home of his close friend, Gary Cooper, on September 20, 2025, 6201 Lincoln Road, Yuba City, CA 95993 at 2 PM.

Andy was a very kind and gentle man. He was a great mechanic and helped fix many of my John Deere equipment.
He will be missed
