Frank Lemus was the father of a good friend of mine, his daughter Barbara Lemus. I remember his big smile and warm hug for me every time I went to the Lemus house or saw him at the annual family reunion. On this day he is in my thoughts again.

September 2, 2017

Absolutely loved him for his simplicity, gentleness, and kind spirit. I can almost see him in his workshop always being a perfectionist at his craft. He greeted me with a hug and asked about me and my family and was genuinely listening to me! I will miss him sorely but know his journey here on earth is over. He is now resting peacefully unless he and St. Joseph are busy building something, anything for anyone! Please know my heart goes out to all of his family... Lisa, I'm so sorry. Just know that I loved going to your home as kids! Mostly because your Mom and Dad were great people.

I was so sorry to hear that Mr. Frank Lemus had passed away. I had the great pleasure of first meeting him when I worked with his daughter Barbara on a project when she and I were in high school. I have had the great good fortune to see and spend time with him in the following decades. He was such a lively yet gentle man. My heart goes out to his family, especially to his wife Mrs. Lucy Lemus and his children Barbara, Lisa, Jim, Chris, and Sylvia.

Mi más sentido pésame, familia Lemus. I can only imagine how much you will miss Frank. My heart melts whenever I think of him and Lucy. They both treated Margie and me so well, with so much love and affection. Truly, as said in the obituary, he was one of the most gentle, kind, and peaceful human beings I've ever met. What an inspiration. I regret that I cannot be there for the services. Love to the whole family. Katie (and John)

Our heartfelt condolences to all Lemus family members and all others affected by Frank's passing. It was a pleasure and honor to know Frank and have him attend our annual neighborhood parties with Barbara and Ruben. It's also comforting to hear he made it thru his early 100 year birthday celebration just a week prior, and absolutely loved it! Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who knew and loved him. - Mark Kinney and Lana Kovarik (Barbara's neighbors)

I'm So sorry to hear that Frank has passed. I remember and have the best memories of Frank and all of the Lemus family since I was a child. As a childhood friend of Chris and Sylvia I spent a lot of time in the Lemus home and always felt like one of their own children. Years later when building our home there was no doubt who I was going to have do all of the cabinetry for us. Frank did the most beautiful work and forty five years later those same cabinets are still there and still beautiful . He did every job with pride as if it were going into his own home. Frank was one of the most gentle caring men that I've ever known and I know how much he will be missed. My condolences to all the Lemus family and love and hugs to Lucy.

I met Frank back in the 80's when he built a desk and vanity cabinet for our family. I enjoyed going to visit him in his wood shop. He always had a smile on his face and was such a nice gentleman. God bless him!

Condolences to the family, Frank was one of the most gentle people I have ever met. Frank was such a pleasure to talk to. He was very important in my family, building so many cabinets for myself, son and daughter. We will always look at his work and think of him. We missed our visits to his home after we moved out of California.
I am sure Frank has a place in heaven enjoying his rewards.
