Leona Maguire Obituary
Leona Jane Maguire, 79, passed away January 27, 2017, after a long period of ill health.
She was born March 6, 1937, the daughter of Leo and Ollie Broome Hess in Leaday, Texas. Leona married Frank Maguire on January 26, 1981, in Washoe, Nevada.
Leona was the co-owner of the Soda Bar in Yuba City ad the Pudding and Pie in Marysville, California in the 1970's and 1980s. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Leona enjoyed cooking and reading.
Surviving are her husband Frank Maguire; son Darin Williams, Salt Lake City, UT; daughters, Debbie Freeman, Fortuna, CA, Diana Stillwell, Mammoth. CA, Kim Shore, Salt Lake City, UT; and sister Jean Chastain, Yuba City, CA.
Preceded in death by her son Kevin Williams.
Services entrusted to Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No, Fairfield Rd.
