Lucinda Rafter Obituary
Born to Linda Davis, formerly Pettibone, the late Duane Pettibone, Cindy grew up in Pleasant Grove, CA, where she trained horses under direction of her father.
She married Clint Rafter in 1980. Together, with their son, Casey, who was born 1982, they settled in Sheridan, CA, in 1989.
Cindy was a creative entrepreneur, repairing horse tackle, selling purses made from books, and producing an assortment of pepper jelly, salsa, pickled vegetables, and sauces.
She devoted much of her life to the family farm, caring for sheep, poultry and a loyal crew of cats and dogs.
She is survived by her husband, Clint; son, Casey; and mother, Linda Davis. She was preceded in death by her father, Duane Pettibone; and brothers, Curt and Rick Pettibone.
