Maria Urquidez Obituary
Maria Elia Urqudez, 63, of Yuba City, CA, passed away September 30, 2017. Maria was born August 14, 1954, in Texas. She has resided in the Yuba-Sutter area since 1964, and was a teachers aid for Central Gaither School.
She is survived by her husband, Roberto Urquidez; sons, Roberto Urquidez Jr., Elias Urquidez, Moises Urquidez and Andreas Urquidez; brothers, Jose Pena Sr., Juan Pena and Jesus Pena; sister, Estella Solorio; and four grandchildren.
Maria is preceded in death by her brother, Julian Pena.
Services are under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, October 5, 2017, at 5pm, followed by the rosary at 6pm. Funeral services will be Friday, at 10am, with Pastor Oscar Amado officiating. Burial will follow at Sutter Cemetery.

I had only known Mrs. Urquidez for a short period of time and I instantly felt like I'd known her for years. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with her wonderful family. To see the dedication and love they all have for each other is priceless. I will miss you dearly Mrs. Urquidez.
