Miguel Ramos Obituary

March 14, 1939 to September 24, 2025

Miguel Moreno Ramos passed away peacefully at home in Live Oak, CA, surrounded by his loving wife, children and siblings.

Born in Coalcoman, Michoacan, Mexico, he was the first of 15 children of Modesta Ramos Magallon and Jesus Moreno Munguia.

Miguel was a resident of Sutter County since 1964, he was married in 1966, to Maria E. Moreno (nee Ramirez).

He is survived by his wife of 59 and a half years; two sons, Tony, of San Diego, CA, and Manuel of Thousand Oaks, CA, (Angelica); daughter, Martha of Seattle, WA, (Zach); grandson, Lucas; seven brothers; and seven sisters.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City, CA, at 4 PM with a vigil service and Rosary at 5 PM.

The Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10 AM, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gridley, CA. Rite of Committal will be in Live Oak Cemetery with reception to follow in the Live Oak Community Center.
