Rhonda Noall Obituary
Rhonda Lynn Noall, 58, passed away unexpectedly on February 6, 2021, in Lassen County, California, following a snowmobile accident. Rhonda was born in March 1962, in Marysville, California, to Ron and Nancy Powers.
Rhonda graduated from Richmond High School in 1980 and married Ken Noall in 1991. She worked in banking for over 30 years, most recently as a Mortgage Training Project Manager for Tri Counties Bank. Rhonda was a long-time resident of Yuba City, but recently moved to her dream home at Lake Almanor.
Rhonda was a fun and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Rhonda had an adventurous spirit and had many hobbies including music, nature, cars, drag racing, boating, and jet skiing. Rhonda was a beautiful person inside and out and was admired for her compassion and generosity.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind her husband, Ken; children, Nicole Duffin (Greg) of Florida, and Tony Montez (Jamie) of Iowa; stepson, Terryol Noall; thirteen grandchildren; brother, Ronald Powers; stepsister, Monica Little; and stepbrother, Michael Powers.
A viewing will be held at Ullrey Memorial Chapel on Thursday, February 18, 2021, from 4:00-5:00 pm. Funeral services will be Friday, February 19, 2021, at 11:00 am, at the LDS Stake Center, 400 Spruce Street, Gridley, California. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oroville.

Rhonda was one of the kindest and smartest people I have ever known. She talked about her family all the time. You always knew how much she loved and enjoyed her time with them. I will miss her random texts messages "thinking about you and checking in". I will always cherish my memories of times spent with Rhonda over the last 6 years. She was such a positive light ❤
