Sharon Gutierrez Obituary
On the morning of September 13, 2023, Sharon "Weda" Gutierrez, age 78, took the hand of her Lord and Savior and entered her Heavenly home.
Sharon was born on April 18, 1945 to James Fred and Ione Wooten. She was the 3rd of 4 children. In 1968, she met and married the love of her life, Jose Gutierrez. Together they had 2 daughters, Gloria and Melissa. Sharon was a daycare provider for many years. She was loved by all of her kids and she held a very special place for them in her heart. She touched many lives. Sharon was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed.
Sharon leaves behind her husband of 55 years, Jose Gutierrez of Olivehurst, her 2 daughters, Gloria Lehmann of Olivehurst and Melissa (Jorge) Quintero of Plumas Lake, her 6 grandchildren, Sarah (Cory) Smith of Woodland, Lorenzo Quintero and Noelia Quintero of Plumas Lake, Darrell Evan Lehmann of Olivehurst, Madison Lehmann of San Diego and Meleighna Quintero of Plumas Lake, 3 great grandchildren, Kayne, Brodie and Macie Smith of Woodland. Her sister Ruth Kramer of Linda and brother John (Janice) Wooten of Olivehurst.
She was preceded in death by her parents James Fred and Ione Wooten, brother James Dean Wooten and son-in-law Darrell Ray Lehman..
There will be a celebration of life on October 14, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Christian Center, 5174 Chestnut Rd., Olivehurst, CA 95961. If you would like to bring a dish to share afterwards, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sharon was an old family friend from way back. Our fathers worked together at Di Georgia Ranch. Some of her brothers and sisters went to school with my sisters. Sharon always had a beautiful smile that could brighten your day. She was kind and fun. My family and I have many good memories of her and the Wooten family.
