William Rutter Obituary


William (Billy) Rutter Jr, 54, of San Antonio, TX passed away March 24, 2017 in a local hospital. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran that served for 26 years.

He leaves his mother, Ruth; his wife, Peggy; daughter, Amber; and son, Brent. He is predeceased by his father, William Rutter Sr; and sister, Janet Rutter.

Service will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Veteran Affairs.
