BRENDA GAIL TRAMMEL Brenda Gail Trammel, age 69, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025, in Ardmore, Okla. Viewing will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. Visitation will be held that evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm, December 24, 2025, in The Chapel at Griffin ~ Hillcrest. Pastor Steven Shotzman will officiate. Cremation with care to follow with Hillcrest Crematory of Ardmore, Okla. Brenda was born on July 4, 1956, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Harry Dale Baker and Vera Lucille (Hood) Baker. The family moved to Ardmore in 1962. She graduated from Ardmore High School with the Class of 1974. After graduating, she worked at small jobs and for Wal-Mart. Brenda moved to San Antonio, Texas, and worked for Wal-Mart for two years before moving back to Ardmore in 1992 where she continued her career with Wal-Mart. She was a movie buff and loved to go to the movie theater whenever she could. Brenda was a member of Maranatha Freewill Baptist Church of Ardmore. She loved her dog "Mitzi". She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Dianna Kay Brown, brother, Larry Dale Baker, and niece, Kendra Baker. Brenda is survived by her son, Stephen Ray Trammel, and brother, Ronnie Gene Baker, and wife Carol. Nephew, Jason Baker and wife, Haley, Richard Brown and wife Bonnie, Randy Brown, and Tommy Baker, and nieces: Jennifer Baker, and Jessica Kucholtz. Lifelong friends: Rick Ables and Glenna Cathcart.
