JERRY WAYNE ANTUNA Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Antuna are scheduled for Monday, December 15th at 2:00p.m. at the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Gary Gunsolus officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home. Jerry was born March 5, 1952 to Georgia Faye (John) and Joe Antuna in Ardmore, OK. He passed from this life on December 10, 2025 at the age of 73 at Mercy Hospital. Jerry was a graduate of Dickson High School in the class of 1971. Jerry was an exceptional carpenter and worked many years in construction for various construction companies including Fenix and Litwin before finishing out his career with Kornhaas Construction. Jerry was an avid sports fan and loved watching his Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys. He attended many OU football games at Owen Field until his health prevented him from doing so. Jerry loved telling the story of when he and Mom sat in Owen Field, in single digit temps, in snow and ice, cheering on his beloved Sooners to victory. There really wasn't a sport that Jerry didn't enjoy, from basketball (Dallas Mavs fan) to NASCAR (Earnhardt fan) to tennis (Coco Gauff and Rafael Nadel fan) to golf (Tiger Woods fan) and even wresting (Von Erich fan) he loved it all. In addition to sports, Jerry loved music especially outlaw country - Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, David Allen Coe, and Hank Williams Jr. He loved to blast it loud enough for everyone to enjoy! He also had a quiet side and loved to read and watch his westerns. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Georgia Faye (John) Antuna, and brother Michael Ray Antuna. He is survived by his brother Jimmy Antuna and his wife Pat; sisters Brenda Antuna and Shelly Antuna; niece Amy Antuna; nephew Dustin Antuna; aunt Lillian Delois Vaughn, many cousins, and numerous friends. Jer-Bear will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Tony Ballard, Rick Dickson, Dennis Johnson, Fred Pruitt, Owen Watterson, and Eddie Willis, will serve as pallbearers.
