Amy always took the time to stop and ask about my family and how I was doing. We talked like we had been friends forever. Recently, I ran into her again after about 5 years and it felt like we did not miss a beat. She remembered my family and asked about them. Her caring heart, her infectious smile and giving soul will live on.

Kent and kids, I am so sorry for your loss. Amy and I may have had our differences in Softball but that was because she protected her girls. Amy had a heart of gold and would go to the ends of the earth. Softball was her passion but her family was her life. Amy was always a people person, even in high-school. She has touched so many lives in her short time here on earth. The time here was cut short but her legacy will live forever. Your smile was contagious, your dedication was endless but your love you had for your family will live forever. Amy, we grew apart after high school but will never forget that day you gave me your phone number in Wal-Mart. I regret not ever calling you and I know that you are such an amazing lady that you forgive me. You will be missed forever but will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN! Your a beautiful soul. RiP Amy.
