Clifford was one of my favorite people to talk to upon my visits to Sioux Falls with my wife Michele. He was a wonderful gentleman.

Marilyn and family,
I'm keeping you in my prayers. I have fond memories of Cliff and Marilyn from my time working at the Parish of St. Michael. I remember how involved they were with St Vincent de Paul and many good causes.

Terry & family,
I am sorry for your loss. Cliff was an incredibly kind man and a hero to all the boys in his Scout troops. From Cub Scouts, to Webelos, to Boy Scouts --- he encouraged and guided so many of us. Great early memories for so many North-end Catholic boys. He will be remembered. I'm having trouble remembering if it was Troop 45 or Troop 118 --- I'm leaning to 118. Right?
Unfortunately I am out of town for the holidays and will not return to Sioux Falls in time to attend the funeral, but please know that I there in spirit, sitting proudly with our classmates of OGHS Class of 1965 --- and especially with the "twelve year kids" who grew up in the shadow of the Spires.

Marilyn and family: Michele and I have very fond memories of Clifford. From the time I first came to Sioux Falls to meet Michele's family and then got to know you and your husband we were always treated with great kindness and warmth. His life is one to be celebrated and he lived it fully and with great dignity. He will be missed - our prayers and thoughts are with you.
