Grace Devitt Obituary
Grace Elizabeth Bernice Devitt, 96, passed away July 14, 2013, at her residence in Sioux Falls.
Mass of Christian Burial was held July 18, 2013.
Survivors include her children, Joe Devitt (Linda), Margaret Gromer, Kathy Thomas (Mark); grandchildren, Tim Devitt, Chad Devitt (Jennifer Bettridge), Jon Devitt (Robyn), Kerry Schiller (Tim), Amy McDonough (Sean), Michael Gromer (Casey), and Kate Thomas-Tielke (Jake Tielke); great-grandchildren, Mia Ruh (Joseph), Jessica Devitt, Kelly Devitt, Claudia Devitt, Olivia Devitt, Chase Devitt, Samuel Devitt, Alexander Devitt, Nick Schiller, Abby Schiller, Grace McDonough, William McDonough, Mary Kathleen McDonough, and Clara Gromer; along with family friend Pat Wiedhopf (Dick).

Mrs. Devitt was such a wonderful teacher when I attended St. Mary's back in the 70's. We will always remember her tough, but loving presence. She taught us lessons we will never forget. Thoughts & Prayers for your family.

I certainly remember Mrs. Devitt from her early years at St. Marys. Wonderful teacher and wonderful person.
