Lois Ravenberg Obituary
Lois Ann Ravenberg, 78, our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away August 31, 2015.
Lois was born September 1936 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Clifford and Joanna McDonald. On June 26, 1954, Lois married the love of her life, Dennis Henry Ravenberg, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He preceded her in death on September 4, 2007.
Lois loved her family and especially cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great granddaughters. She was a great cook and loved cooking for her family and friends. She also enjoyed reading and crafting. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Danny McDonald and is survived by her children: Gary (Pam) Ravenberg, Lary (Patty) Ravenberg, Kathy (Richard) Rudy; grandchildren, Ryan (Heather) Ravenberg, Sara Ravenberg, Kyle Rudy, great granddaughters, Brynlee and Lilly, and brother, Kenny McDonald.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 12, 2015, family visitation at 10:30 AM, services at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 8575 South 700 East, Sandy, UT.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local food bank or charity of your choice.
