Sioux Falls - Nicholas Alexander Dooyema, 25, of Sioux Falls, SD, passed on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Nicholas was born January 19, 1993 in Sioux Falls, SD to Robin Anne Ennis and Randy John Dooyema.
Grateful for having shared his life are his significant other, Jordan Nothdurft; his son, Daymon Gray Alexander; parents, Randy Dooyema and Robin Ennis, second mother, Melissa Flynn; sisters, Meleah Ennis, Learyc Peterson; brothers, Jansun Peterson, Blake Prouty, Alex Prouty; and step-brothers, Nicholas Peterson and Seth Peterson; paternal grandmother, Eve Dooyema (Sitto), maternal grandfathers, Del Ennis and Si Thompson (Pappa); maternal grandmothers, Brynn Ennis and Dolores Flynn; aunts and uncles, Darren Ennis and Sheba Fideler, Darcey McConnell and Troy Roberts, Mike and Clara Dooyema, Meghan Flynn, Trish Flynn, Cathy Flynn, Brigid Flynn, Mary and Larry Brende, Patrick and Joan Flynn, Colleen and Jerry Deane, Michael and Brenda Flynn along with numerous cousins and extended family members and special friends, including Susan and David Diede and the rest of Jordan's family. Honorable mention to his beloved animals, Chamuco, Nala and Helios.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Thompson, his paternal grandfathers, John Dooyema and Philip Flynn; and by his uncle, Sean Flynn.
There will be a family present visitation on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the South Miller Funeral Home, 7400 S Minnesota Ave in Sioux Falls, SD from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 P.M.
There will be a celebration of Nicholas's life on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the South Miller Funeral Home, 7400 S Minnesota Ave in Sioux Falls, SD beginning at 10:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to Face it Together in Sioux Falls. www.millerfh.com
