Alex Callahan Obituary
He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Callahan of Boise; his brother, Philip Callahan of Ontario; his sister, Nancy York of New Plymouth; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Alex graduated from Adrian High School in 1979. Throughout his life, he worked in a variety of roles and places, including the Shank Ranch, the Bentonite plant south of Adrian, and Martin's Shop. Wherever he worked, his mechanical skills stood out.
A gifted mechanic and true craftsman, Alex had a talent for restoring and painting cars. His artistry extended beyond mechanics-he enjoyed sketching, model building, and woodworking.
In his free time, Alex loved riding motorcycles and horseback riding, finding joy and freedom in both. He will be remembered for his creativity, his hard work, and the love he shared with his family.
Funeral services will be held at Hilltop Cemetery in Nyssa, Oregon, Thursday, September 25th at 10 a.m.
