Javier Gomeza Arrospide, born on May 11, 1929, in Arratzu, Spain, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and love. He was the cherished son of Eulogia Arrospide Lezamiz and Camilo Gomeza Aguirreelespeiti, and a beloved brother to Maria Luisa Magunagoicoechea, Antonio Gomeza Arrospide, Jesús Gomeza Arrospide, Florencio Gomeza Arrrospide and Maria Christina Piper.
Javier's legacy continues through his children: Jay Gomeza, Kristi Gomeza( Kenneth Bittick), and Geno ( Karen) Gomeza . He was a proud grandfather to Nico (Berenise) Gomeza, Ryan (Callie) Wynn, Jeff (Laura) Wynn, Marissa Gomeza, Autumn Gomeza, and RJ Gomeza. His heart was filled with joy as he welcomed his great-grandchildren, including Azekiel Olvera Nico Inez Gomeza, Mia Gomeza, Antonio Gomeza, Sophia Gomeza, Gionni Gomeza, Amillia Gomeza, Ximena Gomeza, Camila Gomeza, Drake Wynn, Jordin Wynn, Parker Wynn, Sutton Wynn and Rylen Wynn. He also celebrated the arrival of his great-great-grandchildren, Elaina Lynn Leach and Hezekiah Gomeza.
Javier is now reunited in heaven with the love of his life, Dolores Gomeza, his precious daughter Patty Gomeza, and his two beloved grandchildren, Timothy Gomeza and David Gomeza.
A dedicated and hardworking man, Javier immigrated to the United States, where he earned a reputation as the best dairyman in the valley. His passion for his work and commitment to excellence left an indelible mark on the community.
He will be remembered not only for his contributions to the dairy industry but also for his unwavering love for his family and friends. His spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him. A funeral service will be held to honor his life on March 13,2026 at St Bridget Catholic Church Nyssa, OR at 10:00am celebrating the remarkable journey of a man who touched so many hearts.
