Stephen S. Recla, 72, of Ontario, Oregon, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, in Ontario.
A service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Four Rivers Cultural Center, 676 SW 5th Ave, Ontario, OR 97914.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lienkaemper Funeral Chapel.
