Age 89 of Gulf Shores, Alabama, formerly of St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by husband Frank Dougherty; brothers William Hurley and Frank Hurley. Survived by children; Tim (Donna) Dougherty and Ted (Mary) Dougherty; sisters Alice Dickinson, Mimi Boo and Susan Hurley. Also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Anne attended Visitation Convent, the University of Minnesota and volunteered in each community she enjoyed. Mass of Christian burial to be held in Bayfield, WI in July of 2026. Memorials preferred to Holy Family Catholic Church, 232 N 1st St, Bayfield, WI.
