Janet Jackson Obituary
Janet was born April 2, 1943, in Nelsonville to Paul Wolfe and Alice Marie Bittner Wolfe. She was a graduate of Nelsonville High School; was City Auditor for Nelsonville; was proud of her time as a dispatcher for the Ohio Highway Patrol; was the longtime secretary of Robert A. Jackson, CPA; member of the First Presbyterian Church in Nelsonville; loved her grandkids; and loved her dogs and cat.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Robert Jackson; son, Michael (Yolimar) Sickles of Athens; grandchildren, Robert Sickles and Andrew Sickles; brother, Gary Wolfe of Johnstown; and several nieces and nephews.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Norma Wagner; and brother, Dennis Wolfe.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday July 15, 2023, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio with Rev. Peter Galbraith officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed 4-7 pm Friday, July 14, 2023, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
