John Quatrale Obituary
ROYALSTON, MA - John P. Quatrale, age 61, of Royalston, MA died on Sunday 01/26/25 after a short battle with lung cancer.
He was born in Fitchburg, MA in 1963 to Thomas & Rosanne Quatrale.
John grew up in Shirley, MA and attended Lura A. White Elementary School. He played Little League Baseball, was a Cub Scout and won the Pinewood Derby in his younger school years. He graduated from Worcester Vocational Tech High School in 1981 with a focus on Auto Mechanics.
He worked at a few local auto repair businesses but spent the bulk of his career (34 years) at Ron Bouchard's Auto Sales in Fitchburg, MA.
John enjoyed hunting, archery and fishing. In his younger years, he played guitar in several local bands and never lost the love of the guitar. Another favorite past time of his was working on his high performance 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS.
John was preceded in death by his father Thomas M. Quatrale, and mother Rosanne Landry Quatrale.
He is survived by brothers, Thomas of Derry NH, James & wife Cindy of Sterling MA, Michael & wife Joanne of Shirley MA and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his former wife Katharine Kadlewicz of ME, and friends Chet Miganowicz, John & Donna MacCallum of Royalston MA, as well as several longtime friends.
A Celebration of Life event will be held in the next few months and details will be published ahead of time for those who wish to attend.

I´m going to miss John.He was a great friend we hung out at the Rod and Gun club frequently .I learn a lot about him bringing him to the Doctors for a few months.We had a lot in common.My condolences to the family and my he be Blessed.
