Not even youth can protect us
from the pain of inherited sin.
We try all we can to keep loved ones close,
But sadness wanders in.
It takes a lot of time for us to
wade through the stages of grief.
Yet thinking of God's plan to undo this harm,
Our hearts overflow with relief.
He'll destroy death, and tears, and pain,
and what a joyous time that'll be!
To live reunited with our mates, our kids,
in a paradise free of misery.
We all know it's God's choice who
will live in this special place.
He looks at how we live our lives,
whether we followed the laws he states.
If so, get ready for the time of your life,
plenty of food, great housing,real peace,
no fear of crime, true justice,perfect health,
On the "real life" we'll have eternal hold, and never release.
