Family-Placed Death Notice
MOLDOW, Barbara Barbara Moldow, age 83, native of Atlanta died on March 13, 2009. Mrs. Moldow was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Moldow and her daughter, Marcy Rosen. She is survived by her son, Jay Moldow, daughter, Judy Meyer, and grandchildren, Megan and Lacey Moldow. Barbara was previously a longtime member of Ahavath Achim Synagogue, a volunteer at the Children's Museum at the Marcus JCC, and performed in local shows through Hadassah and other organizations. Sign online guestbook: www.edressler.com. Graveside services will be held Monday, March 16 at 11:00 am at Crest Lawn Cemetery with Rabbi Scott Saulson officiating. March 17, 2009 Jay: Nell and Evan Mathis at Belmont and our daughter Nell Mathis Black had our lives brightened by your wonderful mother, Barbara Muldow. Her sparkle and agility were great gifts and meant so very much to the many Belmont residents who were able to call her a dear friend. We could not keep up with the dancer in the exercise classes! During her last week she was still able to move her hands in rhythm with mine when I greeted her in the dining room, hall or at our "Pill Happy Hour" each night. We miss her! You are a fine son and we have looked forward to seeing you. As I said when I saw you today, you are in our prayers. Evan Mathis Room 123 (404-252-8111)
