Carlton Maddox Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
Carlton Ray Maddox of Loganville died May 11th, 2007. Born on April 10th, 1935 in Atlanta, Ga, he was the son of Elon Knight & Dollie Mae Maddox. He was an electrician by trade, and a shrimp boat captain by passion. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Maddox of Loganville, daughter, Renee Conner of Auburn, step-daughter, Sherry Cash of Lithonia, 3 grandchildren, Brandy Dodd, Shannon Northcutt, and Brian Stapp and was the proud great-grandfather of 4 boys, Triston, Noah, Tyler and Austin. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Fleta Jones of Monroe and Mary Ford of Decatur. There will be a Memorial Service on June 2nd, 2007 at Corinth Christian Church on Hwy 81 in Loganville at 2:00pm. There will be a Celebration of Life Reception immediately following. Covered dish welcome. Cremation Society of the SOUTH is in charge of the arrangements (770) 420-5557.

Na' I know now is a hard time for you, but I also know what a strong person you are. I am so sorry for your loss, and all you have had to go through to get to today. I hope that your faith helps you through this, & I am looking forward to the day we are all together again, in the big Shrimp boat in the sky!!!
