MRS. CATHERINE DAISY ANDERSON Homegoing Services will be held Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, 441 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. NW, Rev. Rodney K. Turner, Pastor, officiating. Instate 10:00 AM. Interment Lincoln Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at 10:45 AM. She was preceded in death by grandson, Lewis Anderson, II. She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Leonard; three sons, Harold Anderson (Rose) of Decatur, GA, Lewis Anderson (Barbara) and Jimmy Anderson, all of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Greg Anderson (Linda) of Sacramento, CA, Traci L. Harden (Christian) of East Point, GA and Christopher Anderson of Decatur, GA; great grandchildren, Julian and Diana Harden of East Point, GA; other relatives and friends. Viewing TODAY, 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Wake this EVENING from 6-8 PM at Murray Brothers Cascade Chapel, 1199 Utoy Springs Rd. SW, (corner of Cascade Rd. near I-285), (404) 349-3000, mbfh.com.

Although I do not even know Mrs. Anderson, the photo of her beautiful face caught my eye as I was reading the obituaries online.
Truly, hers is a face of kindness and serenity .... and I am positive even without actually knowing her that she was a lady filled with Christian love.
May God be with all of you at this difficult time.
