Funeral services for Deon A. Studiemyer will be held Thursday, August 10, 2006, 1 p.m. in our chapel. The family will receive friends TONIGHT, 7 to 8 p.m. at Herschel Thornton Mortuary, 3346 M.L. King Jr. Dr., 404-691-4685.

Mary and Shandra
I've known your son and grandson Deon since he was a little boy, he was always the pride of his grand mother Mary's eye. I know all of you will miss him.
I too feel the hurt that you feel, yet mine is not as severe as yours. I hope my dear friend Mary can feel some ease of the pain of Deon's loss as the days and years go by. You will see him again, because Jehovah God said so, he said, "the dead is only sleeping for a little while and will rise again", but you the living must be prepared to received Deon back. How can you do this? By learning who Jehovah and his son Christ Jesus is ,living by his principles and helping others to know him. I've ony learned reently of Deon's death, but I hope this little message is a source of comfort. Someone else cares!!!
I love you all, you are like family to me.
