My amazing big brother Dewey, it´s been ten years since you left me, and not a day goes by that I don´t think of you. I still find myself wanting to call you, to laugh with you, to hear your voice and share the little things that only you would understand. We had so much fun, endless joyful times and a bond that could never be broken. I miss you more than words could ever say; your presence, your advice, and the comfort of knowing you were always there. You were my protector and my best friend. You taught me what loyalty means, what unconditional love looks like, and how strength can live quietly inside a person. Though life feels different without you, I carry your wisdom in my choices, your courage in my struggles, and your love in my heart. I know you and Alfred watch over me and I know you see how deeply you are missed and how endlessly you are loved.
You are forever part of who I am, and I hold you in my heart always and forever.
Your sister,
Pat
