CHAMBERS, Dorothy Dorothy Louise Strickland Mason Chambers, 93, died on September 28, 2015.She was the beloved wife of Hoyt Mason and Robert R. Chambers, Jr., and the devoted mother of Thomas Mason of Sweden, Patricia Meyer of Andalusia, AL, and Celia Farish of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Dot was born July 7, 1922, in Crossville, TN, and raised in Wetumpka, AL. She was an excellent seamstress, decorator, bookkeeper, Coke aficionado, and faithful Auburn Fan! Sunday, October 4, at 2pm CST a graveside service will be held at Pine View Cemetery, Wetumpka. Donations can be made to the Auburn Marching Band at AU Band, 132 Goodwin Music Building, Auburn, AL 36849.
