I was so sad to read the news of Nicks passing. We went to High School together, he was always so full of life, love and fun. I will always remember his smile, his wonderful voice and the fun we had as kids. God Bless Nick and all of his Family and Friends.

I was so sad to hear about Nick and his passing. He was so sweet and we talked about having "girl time" and hot vanilla chai, but never got a chance to do it. I have seizures and was too weak to meet with him last week. Now I regret it. He was funny, so artistic and just an amazing person. I can't believe he isn't here. I went to visit him at 10,000 Villages to see if he was there and then heard the sad news. I can't believe it. I am so glad at least that we could give him an art show. I feel that we re-affirmed his belief in his art and self. He was so caring and artistic. I loved his painting of "A Gay Man's Heaven"!

I am so sorry to hear the news. I always counted Nick among by best friends...and even as family (he attended my family reunion). I began working on a poem for him last night. My thoughts are with his family and other friends at this time. I miss you, honey.
