G.L. Eggers Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
Mr. G.L. (Gerry) Eggers of College Park passed away October 5, 2005. He retired from Delta Air Lines after 28 years of service. Mr. Eggers is survived by his wife of 45 years, Edith (Edie) Eggers, College Park; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Jeff Cody, Senoia; son and daughter-in-law, Andy and Sobeily (Bella) Eggers, Monticello, Ga.; grandson, Brett Houston Cody; brother, Charles F. and Jayne Eggers of Springfield, MO., and their son, Guy Eggers of St. Louis, MO. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 7, 2005 at 11 o'clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Pastor Jeff Hines officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Those desiring may send an on-line condolence at www.parrottfuneralhome.com. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn. 770-964-4800
