I am so saddened to hear about George. I really thought he would live forever. I miss talking movies with him and his tremendous influence with such iconic Atlanta theaters will never be forgotten. Out of all of the jobs I've had, working with George was one of my favorites. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

A very nice man....I knew him before "The Screening Room"....as he and his first wife were neighbors of my future in-laws....and he attended my wedding to their son....I was so very glad George did what he did with his art house concept as he greatly broadened Atlanta´s cultural scene in film. He cared about Atlanta and presenting quality film to the public. He brought us up a notch! Thank you George. Heaven has a new Angel.
