George was such an inspiration to everyone. He was so faithful and everyone who knew him "loved" him.
He was so faithful to visit Bill's mother who was in and out of the hospital and in Re-hab for so many months. Bill's Dad still talks about him visiting so much and how kind he was and so nice to come and visit on the other side of town. Please know our heartfelt sympathy is with all of you. May God comfort your hearts as only He can do. Love & Prayers.

What a blessing this beloved man of God was to all that knew him. We already miss him and feel the void of his absence. 6 months ago he was at the hospital praying for our daughter during her surgery. We never thought 6 months later he would be with the Lord. We will forever miss him and will meet up one day in heaven!

All anyone had to say was George Worrell and I immediately had a smile! He had such a twinkle in his eye, a cute grin on his face and a skip in his step! Goerge had such a God given gift to minister to people. When my dad was in his hospital, I always enjoyed his visits, he always made us laugh even when it was a difficult time. Heaven is a richer place today because George has entered his eternal home. He and my dad, Sam Kirkland, are having a grand time talking about all kinds of things. I am sure golf is one of those topics!!! I will miss his quick wit and happy demeanor. I am blessed to have known one of Heaven's angels, George Worrell! May God comfort you with the same arms that He used to welcome George into Heaven! My sincere thoughts and prayers are with you all.
