Grace Raiford Obituary
Grace Anna Lee Dunn Raiford, 93, of Riverdale, GA, passed away on September 30, 2025. Born in Newark, NJ, and a longtime resident of Fairfield, CT, she later moved to GA, where she retired as a Supervisor for the Adult Alzheimer's Day Care Program with the Visiting Nurses Association. A devoted member of Spread the Word Church Ministries in College Park, she is survived by her children, Keith, Kevin, Jerome, Sharon, Karen Raiford and Lynne Raiford-Carr (Duchess); along with five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a special niece, Beverly Dunn-Hernandez; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, General Lee Raiford; her parents, Willie Dunn and Virginia Hobbs; stepfather, Henry T. Hobbs; and brothers, James, Jack, Charles, and Harold Dunn. Remembered for her love of life, family, and friends, Grace's cremation was handled by Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home in Riverdale, Georgia with no services per her wishes.
