Family-Placed Death Notice
SHAW, Grady GRADY COLUMBUS SHAW, JR. Mr. Grady Columbus Shaw, Jr., 84, of Decatur, died Saturday, January 23, 2010. Mr. Shaw is survived by his wife of 57 years, Margaret Shaw; son, Danny Shaw and his wife, Karen of Lilburn; and four grandchildren. A celebration of the life of Grady Shaw will be at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Avondale Pattillo United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Turrentine officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at East View Cemetery, Conyers, GA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Billy Graham Evangelistic Ministries, 1 Billy Graham Pkwy., Charlotte, NC 28201-0001. A. S. I am so very sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is the hardest thing I have ever experienced. With time, you will smile again. Grady was a special uncle, always with a grin and a positive word. He will be greatly missed.
