Office Henry Clay Kelley, Jr., (retired Union City Police Department and United States Air Force) died Friday, June 17, 2005. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 20, 2005 at 10 o'clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with full Masonic and military honors. Interment, Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington, GA. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, (770) 964-4800.
