Family-Placed Death Notice
VESTAL, Jean Dolan Beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt Mrs. Jean Dolan Vestal, 72, of Newnan, Georgia, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2009. She is survived by daughters Cindi Norton of Newnan,Georgia and Penni Hardy of Hiram, Georgia; son-in-law Mark Hardy; grandchildren Jason Hardy and Alyssa Crosby; great grandson Conner Crosby; sister Linda Dolan Burdett; brother-in-law Howard Walther; sister-in-law Lemoin Dolan; nieces Cathy Evans, Pam Harper, Kim Mixom and Sharon Harper; nephews Rickey Davis and Scott Dolan; along with many great nieces and nephews. The family will receive visitors at Crossroads Church on Tuesday, August 18, from 12noon to 2pm. A memorial service will follow at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Crossroads Church in Jean's honor. Crossroads Church is located at 3260 Hwy 16 East, Sharpsburg, Georgia, 30277. We were so lucky to have had the pleasure to know Jean. This world is a better place for Jean having been a part of it and we all now mourn her departure from it. May she rest peacefully now.
