Jeremy and I really got to know each other through summer baseball. He has a special family. I cannot express how deep my sorrow is for them. He was always easy and fun to coach. He and my son became friends in Centerpoint, later attending St. Clair County High School together. As life does at times, we lost contact for years, He sent me a message on Facebook at a time I was really struggling with events in my. His smile came through that message. He explained hishealth issues but never seemed to get down as some do when facing adversity. He warmed my heart telling how much he enjoyed that season I coached him.He and exchanged messages and chatted through facebook. His strength was overwhelming to me. He told me admired my strength which floored me. The last time we spoke he asked me how come I did have my camera on, I did not want him to see how I looked. Jeremy definitely his family and was extremely proud of his children, I regret I never his children. When he played ball on my team I got to know his parents and brothers very well. They are a special family. Jeremy touched many lifes and who came into contact are better it. No words I can say will help with the sorrow but Jeremy was special to me, I will miss him. I know his faith helped him and I pray God will help everyone through this. Jeremy, the last note I sent you brought you laughter, that was my intent and I am blessed for knowing you.
