Family-Placed Death Notice
Homegoing service for Mr. Jerome Smith of 701 Durham Crossing, Stone Mountain, GA will be held Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 2:00 PM in our Avondale-Scottdale Chapel. Pastor Jerry Black, Officiating. Interment Melwood Cemetery, Stone Mountain, GA. Survivors are six children, LaLisa Winfrey, Shauntrella (Joe) Simmons , Jerome (Juley) Haynes, Kesha (Reggie) Swanigan, Jennifer (Amos) Chaney and LaShea Smith and a host of other relatives and friends who are asked to assemble at the residence at 1:00 PM. Gregory B. Levett and Sons, Inc., Avondale-Scottdale Chapel, 351 N. Clarendon Ave., Scottdale, GA (404) 294-5500.
