Family-Placed Death Notice

Kenneth John Newman, age 24, of Auburn, died Friday, February 24, 2006 due to an automobile accident. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 11:00 AM in the Lawrenceville Chapel of the Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville with Minister Harold Savage officiating. A loving Father Mr. Newman is survived by his 4 year old daughter, Brianna Julia Newman, mother, and step-father, Donna and Ken Fillio of Auburn; sister, Donna Sutlie of Duluth; step-brother, Alston Fillio of Dahlonega; grandpaents George Cafarelli of Beach Haven, NJ, Tom and Pat Fillio of Chamblee. The family will receive friends Monday, February 27, 2006 from 2-4 PM and 6-9 PM at the funeral Home. Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, 770-962-3100.

Kenny was my best friend in the world. I was there the day his daughter was born. He was there for me when my son passed away. Kenny was a brother to me, not a day will go bye that i will not think of him. kenny was a great friend and the best father. Kenneth will be missed by all that knew him. When is Aunt Tami called me on Friday to tell me this sad news I was in shock. I haven't seen him in years, but as a kid we was a joy. My prayers are with all his family at this very sad time.
