Family-Placed Death Notice
Larry Whitley, 66, of Monroe, died on May 25, 2007. He was born on April 5, 1941 in Walton Co. to the late Annie Williams Whitley and the late Arthur Whitley. He was preceded in death by his daughter the late Stacie Harrison, brothers the late Gene Whitley and the late Melvin Whitley. Surviving are: wife, Barbara Whitley of Monroe; granddaughter. Taylor Harrison of Monroe; son-in-law, Kevin Harrison of Monroe; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Pat Whitley of Monroe, Harry and Linda Whitley of El Paso, TX, Betty Whitley of Monroe, and Opal Lester of Cleveland; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Billy and Evelyn Jones of Statham and Elsie Shepard of Covington; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday May 27th at the chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Reverend Ron Watson and the Reverend Chris Conner officiating. Interment will follow at Duncan Cemetery. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. Monroe
