Family-Placed Death Notice
LINDA HAGIN YATES Linda Hagin Yates, age 62, of Roswell, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 5, 2007 following a brief illness. Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her zest for living and love of life endeared her to everyone. Linda spent much of her life in the food and restaurant industry and loved her position at Publix as a wedding planner from which she retired. She was preceded in death by her parents Blanche and Joe Hagin of Atlanta. Linda is survived by her son, Jason Monroe Yates and his wife Jennifer of Woodstock, GA and daughter, Tiffany Marie Burrows and her husband Brown of Valdosta, GA, as well as 4 grandchildren, Madison and Karson Yates, Bailey and Jayden Burrows. Also surviving are her three siblings, Dianne Hagin Clute, Sandra Hagin Mabry, and Joseph Herbert Hagin III, nieces Johanna Kimberl and Lauren Hagin and nephew Avery Hagin, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. I was so sorry to hear of Linda's
passing. We were best friends in
high school and she was my maid of
honor in my wedding. We lost touch
after we had our kids and am so sorry that we lost touch with each
other. I will cherish the fun
and friendship that we had. I also
miss seeing Sandra and Diane.

Linda was a dear cousin and I will always cherish the memories. She always had a smile and a laugh no matter what. I will miss her dearly.

I am so sorry to here of our lost. Linda will always hold a special place in our hearts. She’s with Mama Blanche and Joe now and they are watching over us. We are mooring their passing, but they are with God and are in a much better place. One day we will join them and we will once again enjoy their presence.
