Family-Placed Death Notice
HESTER, Michael Michael Clay Hester, 41, of Norcross, GA, died October 7, 2010. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 11th at Perimeter Church in Johns Creek. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, October 10th, at the funeral home. Mr. Hester was a self-employed contractor. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxillary, and member of Perimeter Church. He is survived by his wife, Susanne Clark Hester; son, Jordan Clark Hester; daughter, Sunny Ceaghan Hester, all of Norcross; brother, Donald Hester of Winston; sister, Melody Vires of Resaca; and several nieces and nephews. Susanne, Jordan and Sunny, please know how much we love you all. We still can't believe Mike is no longer here with all of us on earth. But we thank God and rejoice in His name that your beloved husband and daddy is with Him in heaven, and that he no longer has to hurt. Mike is such a brave, brave man in so many ways. You ALL are also very brave for going through this battle with him, and doing everything you could for him. Susanne, you have been stronger than any boulder, and you will have to continue to call on strength from every fiber of your being, but YOU can do it. Love Always, Danielle, Kevin and Haden Cheek
