BLANE, Milton Chris Milton Chris Blane, 82, of Cumming, GA died on September 19, 2016. Born in Roanoke, VA he was the son of the late Chris and Maria Blane. A loving husband, father and friend he will be greatly missed by those who loved him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tatiana Blane and children, James Milton and Michelle Elizabeth of Cumming, GA; sister, Elaine Vafiadis of California; extended family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Saints Raphael, Nicholas and Irene Greek Orthodox Church in Cumming, GA. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 23 from 6:00 10:00 pm at the funeral home. Fond memories of a wonderful person from Thomasville,Valdosta, Atlanta,and Cummings. He made all feel as if they were the most important in the world when talking. What a great legacy to leave! My condolences to the Blane family. God be with you.

May his memory be eternal. I recall numerous conversations with Milton at school(Pinecrest) and at church and know he will be greatly missed. He was a very genuine, kind man and greatly loved his family.

My heart goes out to you all at this time and in the days ahead. Milt was such a kind hearted man. His eyes would always shine so bright and his smile would get so big, when he would talk about Tatiana, James and Michelle. What a proud husband and father he was. I will miss you deeply.
