Oneil Mitchell Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
Oneil Jones Mitchell, 80, of Decatur, GA passed peacefully at home on July 5, 2005. She is the dear and much beloved wife of 63 years of Jack V. Mitchell; and the mother of Kay Mitchell of Atlanta, GA, Randall Mitchell and his wife Cathy of Birmingham, AL, and Steve Mitchell of Atlanta, GA. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Colleen Mitchell of San Anselmo, CA and Brian Mitchell of Birmingham, AL. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Mitchell; and mother, Lillie Tutton Jones. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of A. S. Turner & Sons at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2005, Joe Glenn officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northlake Church of Christ, 1625 Cooledge Rd., Tucker, GA 30084. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at A. S. Turner & Sons.
