Johnny,

I am so very sorry that we (Alex, my mom, and I) did not know that our dear Mr. Cannon had died until today. We all would have been there for his service if we had known...We're sorry we had not visited him more often the past couple of years, and meant to get by to see him over Christmas...We were very fond of him and felt honored to know someone who had truly served his country, his city, and his community for so many years. Your dad exemplified Isaiah 40:31: "Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength, they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary"...Please let us know if we can do anything, Johnny.
Sincerely,
Donna Raposa

Johnny,
I am truly sorry for our loss. I loved Dick and enjoyed his company very much.
I was out of town until Tuesday afternoon or I would have been there for you, Betty and Betty Ann.
Dick will be missed by a lot of people. We all have very fond memories of him.

Johnny remember we love you and we will be there for you always. Large families do not always see each other, but we always love one another. Please let us help if needed and don't try to shoulder it all on your own.

Love You
Barbara
