EPPS, Ruby Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruby Freeman Epps will be Friday, July 11, 2008, 11 AM at New Hope Baptist Church, Covington. Pastor, Harold Miller, Jr. Eulogist. Interment: Lawnwood. Visitation TODAY with family hour 7-8 PM. Survivors are husband, Mr. Charlie Epps, Jr. son, Mr. and Mrs. Brandon (Tasheena) Epps; grandchildren, Julian and Jada Epps; mother, Mrs. Emma L. Freeman; brothers, Mr. and Mrs. James (Shelia) Freeman, Mr. Gary Freeman, Mr. Norris Freeman, Mr. Ronnie Freeman; aunts; Mrs. Carrie Freeman, Mrs. Ella Ruth Freeman. Cortege will assemble 10 AM at 8125 Hazelbrand Rd., Covington. Young/Covington (770)786-2944.

Ruby worked at Bellsouth here in Covington with me for many years before transferring to the Atlanta area. She was a soft-spoken woman who had a rare sense of humor. She will be missed because of her strong character.
