Family-Placed Death Notice
PIKE, Thomas Thomas Pike age 79, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 at Wesley Woods in Atlanta. He was born November 8, 1931 to the late James Sanders Pike and Mary Frances Powledge Pike. Mr. Pike graduated Newnan High School in 1950 and Georgia State College in 1963 with a degree in Business Administration. A Navy veteran, he retired with Delta Airlines in 1992 after 33 years of service. Mr. Pike was an avid hunter and aviation enthusiast. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Ann Cottle Pike, 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a brother, Dr. Sandy Pike of Atlanta.
