Family-Placed Death Notice
SINGLETON, Thomas Thomas Marion Singleton, age 79, of McDonough, GA, formerly of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2010. Tom was born in Grimesland, NC on May 27, 1931 to the late Norwood Augustus Singleton, Sr. and the late Marsha Wallace Singleton. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his brother, Norwood A. Singleton, Jr. Tom is survived by his wife of 54 years, Cynthia Zoe Sprake Singleton of Union City, GA, brother Robert E. Singleton of Baker, WV, daughter and son in-law Lisa and David Dunlap of Douglasville, GA, son Thomas M. Singleton of Jersey, GA, son and daughter in-law Michael and Karen Singleton of McDonough, GA, daughter Sherri Singleton of New Smyrna Beach, FL, as well as grandchildren Cynthia Brown, Matthew Dunlap, Chris and Leigh Brown, Brett Singleton, Bobby Singleton, Hunt Singleton and Hollie Singleton. He is also survived by great grandchildren Carter Brown, Corbin Brown and AJ Williams. The body was cremated and a family memorial service was held.
