May you be comforted with the mourners of Zion. Tom was a close childhood friend with whom I spent some of the happiest and most loved times of my life. He grew to become a fine man whom time and circumstances kept me from knowing. I will always hold our times spent together close to my heart.

I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Tolbert at the VA, Lexington. He was always kind hearted and had a wealth of knowledge on the IT side of things.
